Q: How do you ship?

A: Purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with insurance. Additionally, I will provide free home delivery within a 10 mile radius from Shrewsbury or pick up at my studio as well.

Q: What is your refund policy if my pottery arrives damaged?

A: My goal is to have the pottery arrive intact by properly packaging each piece. When your order arrives note the condition of the package before opening. If the package is damaged, please take a picture of the unopened box. If the pottery is also damaged after opening the package, please email me an image right away. You should include both the damaged piece and the packaging materials in the photograph. I will replace your item as soon as possible with no additional charge. Replacing your work may take time, potentially 6 weeks. If you would rather not wait, I will refund the cost of the broken piece.

Q: How do I take care of my pottery?

A: My pots are made to be enjoyed and used daily. They should last for many years if properly cared for from day to day use. I suggest using a little extra care when handling. Do not place pottery in a hot oven. Always place the room temperature vessel in a cool oven then turn the oven on to the desired setting which should not exceed 350 degrees. For use in the microwave please make sure the piece is not cold or freezing to avoid temperature shock. Do not heat in microwave more than 2 minutes on the safe side. Pottery is dishwasher safe with careful placement. Hand washing is recommended.

Q: Will finished pieces have variations in color?

A: Color may vary slightly from online image due to the difference in computer monitors.
